All transactions are read and the balance is verified automatically
Clean Excel file ready for accounting, analysis or import
Transaction dates in consistent YYYY-MM-DD format regardless of how your bank prints them — no manual reformatting needed.
Complete narration text preserved exactly as printed on your statement — UPI IDs, reference numbers, payee names all included.
Money out and money in split into separate columns — ready for pivot tables, SUMIF formulas, and accounting software imports.
Account balance after every transaction, cross-verified against the printed closing balance so you know the data is accurate.
We flag any discrepancy between the computed balance and the printed balance before you download — catch errors before they reach your accounting software.
Your file is processed in an isolated session and permanently deleted after 24 hours. We never read, store, or share your financial data.
Once you convert bank statements to Excel, you unlock analysis capabilities that PDFs simply cannot provide:
Our engine handles the PDF layout of thousands of banks worldwide. Here are some of the most commonly converted:
Some bank statements are scanned images rather than digital PDFs. Our OCR (Optical Character Recognition) engine automatically detects and reads scanned pages — no extra steps required. Similarly, if your bank locks the PDF with a password (common in India — usually date of birth or customer ID), simply upload and enter the password when prompted. It is used only to unlock the file and is never stored.
Use File → Import → Excel or CSV in QuickBooks Desktop. Map the Date, Description, Debit, and Credit columns to the QuickBooks fields. For QuickBooks Online, use our QBO converter for a direct import file.
In Xero, go to Accounting → Bank Accounts → Import a Statement. Upload the Excel file and map columns. Xero accepts standard date and amount formats, which our output always uses.
Tally's Bank Reconciliation module accepts Excel imports. Our output column structure (Date, Narration, Debit, Credit) maps directly to Tally's expected format with no column reordering needed.
India's banks produce the most varied and challenging PDF formats in the world — password protection, custom fonts, multi-column layouts, and regional language narrations. All handled automatically:
Password = date of birth DDMMYYYY (e.g. 15081990) or 10-digit Customer ID. Enter when prompted; never stored. Supports Net Banking and mobile app PDFs.
Custom fonts block standard text extraction. OCR auto-activates. Supports YONO app statements, branch PDFs, and e-passbook exports.
Repeated column headers on every page deduplicated. iMobile and Net Banking PDF formats both supported.
All supported with correct narration, date and amount extraction.
₹ INR: Amounts extracted as plain numbers — no currency symbol — for direct use in Excel formulas. Dates: DD/MM/YYYY, DD-MMM-YYYY, DDMONYYYY all normalised to YYYY-MM-DD.
