Why can't Xero import PDFs directly? Xero's bank statement import expects structured data (CSV, OFX, or QIF) — not a print document. PDFs are designed for visual display, not data extraction. This converter bridges the gap: it reads the PDF's text content, extracts transaction rows, and outputs a Xero-formatted CSV file that Xero can import directly.
