State Bank of India provides e-statements through two official channels:
Log in to onlinesbi.sbi with your internet banking credentials. Navigate to My Accounts & Profile → e-Statement. Select the account, choose your date range (up to one year at a time), and click Download PDF. The statement will download directly to your device.
Open the YONO SBI app on your smartphone. Tap My Accounts, then select your account. Tap Account Statement, choose the date range, and select PDF as the format. The statement will be saved to your phone or emailed to your registered email address.
SBI PDF Password: SBI e-statements are password-protected. The most common password is your date of birth in DDMMYYYY format (e.g., 15031990 for 15 March 1990). Some accounts use the account number as the password instead. Our converter will prompt you to enter the password when needed.
SBI is India's largest bank with over 500 million customers across more than 22,000 branches. Our converter handles e-statements from all SBI account types:
Every converted SBI statement Excel file includes clean, structured columns ready for accounting software, loan applications or tax filing:
The Income Tax Department and most chartered accountants ask for bank statements in Excel or CSV format to compute total income, verify TDS credits and reconcile Form 26AS entries. Converting your SBI statement to Excel makes the process significantly faster for both you and your CA.
Home loan, personal loan and business loan underwriters at banks and NBFCs typically require 6–12 months of bank statements in Excel format for income assessment and cash flow analysis. Our converter lets you prepare a clean submission in minutes rather than manually re-entering figures.
Chartered accountants conducting statutory audits, tax audits or GST reconciliation need bank transaction data in structured spreadsheet format. The Excel output from our converter can be directly used for bank reconciliation in Tally, Busy Accounting or SAP.
India's most widely used accounting software — Tally ERP 9 and Tally Prime — supports Excel import for bank reconciliation. The debit/credit column format produced by our converter is compatible with Tally's bank import template, eliminating manual data entry for month-end reconciliation.
